About Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport
Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport lies north-east of Madinah. Arrivals are heavily weighted toward pilgrims and visitors heading to hotels near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, so the practical drop-off point is often a road near the Central Area rather than the hotel door.
What to tell us for a transfer
01Tip 1
Tell us which hotel you are staying at so we can agree the nearest drop-off.
02Tip 2
Road access near the mosque can be restricted at prayer times and busy periods.
03Tip 3
Entry to the central area is for Muslims only.
How a request works
01Send the details
Tell us the pickup point (the terminal at MED, if you know it), the destination, the date and time, and the number of passengers and bags.
02We check availability
We look at whether a suitable car and driver can be arranged for that request.
03You get the confirmation
The vehicle, driver details and fare are confirmed with you before you commit to anything.
04Take the ride
Your driver collects you at the agreed point and takes you to your destination.
What is confirmed for each request
To keep this page accurate, the following are not published here and are agreed with you for each request.
